Straightforward. Factory-Direct. No Surprises.

How It Works

LuxHaus operates on a lean, factory-direct model — no showrooms, no warehouses, no unnecessary intermediaries. Here is exactly how a project moves from first contact to jobsite delivery. Our North American project management team is with you at every step.

Submit Plans

Send us your architectural drawings and window and door schedule. This is the starting point for every LuxHaus project. The more complete the documentation, the faster and more accurate the review. No plans yet? Schedule a consultation call instead — we can start the conversation from concept stage.

Project Review

The LuxHaus team reviews your plans to understand opening sizes, system requirements, performance targets, and project context. We identify the most appropriate systems and flag any technical considerations early.

Alignment Call

A short call with the LuxHaus team to confirm system direction, address questions, and ensure full alignment before any numbers are prepared. It typically takes 30 minutes and saves significant time on both sides.

Project Estimate

A detailed, project-based estimate is prepared based on your drawings and confirmed system selections. In most cases, estimates are delivered within approximately one week of receiving complete documentation.

Production

Once approved, your windows and doors enter production at the European manufacturing facility. Every unit is fabricated to millimetre-precise specifications. End of production date confirmed usually within 10 days after launching production.

Delivery & Installation Support

Products ship factory-direct to your jobsite, where a LuxHaus project manager — based in North America — meets the contractor to confirm correct components, review product condition on arrival, and coordinate installation according to approved shop drawings. The production date is usually confirmed ten working days after we launch production. We also provide on-site product training and installation guidance tailored to European window systems, passive house methodology, and North American best practices.
